Dry Hopping question

I moved my Imperial Pale Ale to Secondary earlier this week and dry hopped it with an ounce of Cascade hops (whole leaf) in a grain bag. I shoved the bag of hops down into the carboy and then siphoned the beer on top of them. They've been floating on top of the beer since Tuesday and it looks like 60% or so are floating above the beer.

Is this going to affect their utilization? Should I "rock the baby" to try to get them more submerged? Am I just worrying to much?

they'll be fine as they are. A lot of guys will put a SS washer, glass marbles, or anything heavy that can be sanitized in the bag to keep them from floating.

They will slowly become more saturated and sink into the beer.
