Visit to Belgium what to drink

Next week I leave for a 10 day trip to France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

When in Belgium I will be in Butgenbach and Diekirch area. Any suggestions on bars, or beers to drink?

Then one day in Luxemburg namely Echternach
