Be sure to give beersmith a try as well. They fill the same functions, and there has never been any real decision as to which might be better, only amtter of preference. Add the proper www & .com to that, just like promash. Fully functioning demo

A feature I would like added is some more flexibility on the mashing scheduler...
I kinda ran across a limitation when I did my Oatmeal Stout a couple weeks ago and decided to try a separate glucanase rest with the oatmeal and just a couple pounds of base malt then add the rest of the grains and bring it up to mash temp so that I could get the benefits of a glucanase/protein rest without thinning out the final product... There was no way to break the mash down like that it just always assumes your using the max amount of grains etc etc.....
Would be nice to maybe have some type of advanced feature that was similar to the strike infusion temp tool and/or the decoction amount tool..... something that would allow you to say start with xx grains at xxx temperature for whatever amount of time then add xx grains and xxx water to bring it up to whatever final mash temps.

Xdredo, i hope you like the nukey brown ale kit. I brewed the same kit (except the extract/specialty grains version) and am currently drinking it and loving it. My best batch to date. Enjoy, and LETS GO SOX!!!!! Peace,Chris
