What is the best consumer outdoor kegerator for sale? Is it the Marvel? Viking? Price is not really an issue.
Any help is appreciated.

Not sure about outdoor applicability, you'd need to double check with the manufacturer, but anyone of Beverage Air, True, Perlick, or Continental are going to be the best that money can buy.
