I'm posting this here because I think it's of interest to anyone who is interested in beer, and not just homebrewers.
If you go to the blog (link below), you'll see we've set up a webcam to monitor the progress of our next homebrew. It'll be trained on the brew for the next 7-10 days and you can watch the yeast do their work. It updates every five minutes. Should be interesting.
Forward the link to the site to anyone you think might be interested!
At the end we'll post a video showing the process speeded up into a 30 second clip.
