welp.. first semi-bad batch I've made in a long time. personal issues came up and I couldn't pay attention to the fermenter like I should have. wlp002, took like 3 days to start fermenting.
the fruity esters are incredibly strong. I'm not even sure what to do with this beer.. it's drinkable, but not that awesome..
try try again, I guess

You probably went warm. Give it a long, cool secondary (> 3 weeks or more if possible). The esters will tend to go away slowly. If you are able to do a cold conditioning phase (30-33F) in the carboy, then do so.
You used WLP002 - so I'm guessing it must be in the Bitters/Ambers/Pale Ales family or Milds/Browns/Porters family. All of these style beers are ok with adding a dry hop addition (some more than others but that's ok). That will help distract your taste buds from fruity notes as well.
As a last resort, brew up a really DRY version of the same beer - Mash it at 1.048 or so, with the same or slightly higher gravity, and ferment with WLP007 or WLP099. Aim for getting an overly dry version of the batch that you can then blend with this batch.

Since it tastes fruity, add some fruit (assuming you like fruit beers). Strawberry, apricot, or ...

It's ruined. Send it to me and I will take care of it.
