You should see some of our old recipes. Things along the lines of: 'buy 8lbs of grain and put it in a bucket. Soak it in warm water for a day and a night. Add bakers yeast. Wait. Drink.'. But I found this picture particularly unbelievable (I mean: what's he doing about it? I'd be having kittens with worry if that happened to me, but this guy's just calmly taking a picture).

Yep...I prefer my beer to have a nice, creamy, long lasting head....though I recomend skimming off the crusties first.

Much better as a picture of someone else's brew than as an actual problem in MY basement! (Easier to admire the asthetics if I don't have to clean it up!)
