white pepper?

Has anyone brewed with white pepper? I was thinking of adding a teaspoon to a hennepin recipe at the last ten minutes and also add sweet orange peel at 30 min and 10 minutes....10 gallon batch will be made. don't want to pepper it out but would like a little zing.

yes, white pepper in a wit is very nice. last time I used it I used 1 oz (yes, an ounce) in 10 gallons. it wasn't overpowering, in fact a lot of people didn't know it was in there until I told them about it...

skip the 30 minute orange peel addition, it won't do anything for you...
