Just wondering what new offerings people have been trying this summer.

Recently I tried:

Cremore Springs Pilsner - Fantastic
Taps Cream Ale - Spoiled, 2nd time I have got there better and it was more sour then sour cream.
Abbot Ale - Very nice.
Keith's Amber Ale - Wouldn't call this an ale more like an Amber Lager, very drinkable.
Castle Lager - Nothing to write home about.
Castlemaine XXXX - Nice light lager.
PC Blanche - DMS big time! I will try this once more, I always give a beer a second chance in reference to Taps.

Anything thoughts out there?

I'm doing a trade for the Creemore Springs Pilsner, Great Lakes Orange Peel, and Niagra Falls Eisbock 2007.

I've also picked up the following summer seasonals:

Paddockwood Bramling Bitter
Paddockwood 606 IPA (last year's version was 6.2%, this year it's 5.4%)

Bushwakker has their regular spring and summer seasonals; I've already had the Harbinger Maibock and Arctic Dark Lager, looking forward to the Honey Thistle Wit and Summer Wheat.

Alley Kat put out some new seasonals, but I haven't had a chance to get to Alberta. Half Pints in Winnipeg did a weizen and pilsner the last 2 months, but I haven't had those either.

If you like a nice bitter hoppy IPA try Sgt. Major's IPA from the LCBO ~ fantastic and it comes in pry off stubbies so you can use the empties for bottling!

i tried mill st's tankhouse and it is by far my new favourite beer. That was back when i went to toronto. Up here in sault ste. marie only 1 beer store acarries it and its a nice 45min bike each way. I'm a college student so no car. Also true north albetier is pretty good, fairly different tho. But they are also a great micro brewery worth trying. They're brewed in woodbridge by magnotta.

now im trying to find brooklyn lager, and coopers sparkling ale!
