You should definitely go to Boston Beerworks, they have one right near fenway. Many different interesting beers to try. The other bars near fenway will just have the usuals on tap.

It's been a long time (14 yrs) since I've lived in Boston, but Redbones in Somerville is high on my list of must-visit places.

Their on-tap list is here (http://www.redbones.com/brews.html) and their bottles list is here (scroll down to "bottles") (http://www.redbones.com/drinks.html)

I'll be going back in Sept. Can't wait.

Yes sir it was ....That was an AMAZING game...Kevin Millar is still helping the Redsox!...lol...Funny story we were on the New right field roof seats...(unbelievable btw)..there is a seperate bar up there but only sell Crap and Crap Light...so I asked the tender "how come you dont serve good beer up here?...she pointed to the 100' Budwiser sign above us and laughed...I said good point!...Crapwiser sponsors the whole roof...oh well It just meant I had to go downstairs for some good ol Boston Ale...thank good for Sam adams...oh also Ill post some cool pics in a bit...theres one of me and Samuel Adams himself at the Market!!

After the game we went to Champions (its in the Marriot where we were staying)...and I had a pint of the Magic Hat #9 (how's that recipe coming Chris?)...later y'all

I'd steer clear of Beer Works on game days unless you enjoy long waits, rude (and gassy) fans and rushed service. The waitstaff pulled the plate away from my table almost as soon as I'd finished my last bite. Gotta turn those tables over quick!
