If you seen the last post I had am jumping back in to the obsession as everyone seems to call it.

However I was wondering what should I start out with.
Its been awhile so I figure nothing to hard so that I can successfully get my feet wet so to speak.

What kind of beers do you like?
Extract/Partial Mash/AG?
Can you lager?

I tend to drink pretty much anything it just depends on my mood. I was always a fan of AG, but it has been so long since I have brewed anything so I might not want to venture that way just yet.
At this time I cant lager, but that can be easily fixed.

It's getting warm out. How about a Hefeweizen or a Kolsch?
