Lamest line

Not a poll but a question about the lamest opening line that worked for you. I saw this on another board, some good ones at that. I just figured knowing the creative energy here, that there are most likely some good ones.

Mine came about as I lisrtened to a group of women complain about the lack of manners from gents they were meeting in bars. I told the group, " I put the seat down." and that was all one of the ladies had to hear.

I never did to well with opening lines. I figured that the brooding caveman thing working better for me. So it was usually something like, "Here, I bought you a drink."(That works best if you can actually tell what they are drinking), or just simply, "Come on, let's dance."

I know it sounds a bit rude and crude, but it worked for me. After a few minutes of conversation, they usually found out that I was just a big teddy bear.
