Dry hopping My Wife BEER

I brewed a batch of Beer Inspired by Corky'S happy wife beer recipe. I love how it turned out but thought since I have a ton of hops on hand I could dry hop it a little. I have these hops on hand.

Fuggles
wilimatte
perle
goldings
sazz
hallertaur

I'm leaning more toward the a 2 oz. of the hallertaur myself.

I'd try the Saaz or the Hallertau, but I'd personally go with the Saaz.

All of the above hops are great for dry hopping except for the Perle. Perle is a good, clean German bittering hop, just not very good for dry hopping.

I agree with Corky, though, for the Happy Wife, Id go with Saaz or Hallertau.
