I recently bought the equipment to make a wort chiller. After buying the copper tubing, I noticed that it says dehydrated refrigeration tubing. Does anyone know what the difference between this and standard copper is? And, would this be safe to use with the good ol' wort?
Your expertise would be appreciated.

This means that the tubing is for refrigeration units ie: air conditioning, refrigation for coolers.... The dehydrated part means that it doesn't contain any moisture. You should be fine to use this copper. Make sure that it is properly cleaned before you put it into your wort. Good luck. BTW you might use a coffee can to bend it around for the formation of the coil. Just an idea.
