Brooklyn Local 1

This is something i had never heard of befor, a Belgiun Golden Ale that is 100% bottle refermented like a good champagne. If this was just a golden ale it would be outstanding (no suprise it's from the Brooklyn Brewery). The tiny bubbles bring it to higher level Brooklyn Local 1 is a beer experence. It comes in 750 ml bottles with a champagne style cork . Chech this link for details.

I was luky enought to sample this at the brewery a few weeks back. It's pretty yummy.
