Well, I tried for a Full Sail Amber clone brew today. I had some issues, I had some moments of improvisation, I had some snap decisions to make, but overall, it wasn't a horrific brew day.

There's details on some new equipment I deployed (thrumometer, new burner, quick disconnects, and some other stuff), some new ingredients, a new supplier.
In short, nothing about my brewery or process is yet in a repeatable, stable state, so if you're building a brewery, or thinking about going all-grain, or thinking about changing some part of your all-grain setup, you might get some use from that post (and the other brew day posts on that blog).
PLEASE comment if you have anything to say that might help me get to where I need to be. There are some issues described in there that I'd love to have input on!
