Another newbie thing OK!

I get C-Brite One Step NoRinse I think, but I've seen B-Brite refered to as just a cleaner and also as both a cleaner / sanitizer ? ? ? Isn't B-Brite also no rinse being a Percarbonate ? ?

Any preference ? And for what pieces of equipment ? What would you use in the bottle tree Vinator for instance?

Thanks and I'm having as much fun learning as doing.

B-Brite is indeed just a cleanser. C-Brite is a sanitizer. I initially wash with B-brite then follow it up with a no-rinse sanitizer such as iodophor or star san. Knock on wood, this combination seems to work like a charm. As far as the vinator goes, definitely fill it with a no rinse sanitizer such as iodophor. The main thing to be careful of is using a cleanser or sanitizer that would be harmful to stainless steel or create poisonous gasses when mixed w/ other cleansers/sanitizers. I guess it all boils down to following the instructions carefully and preference thereafter. A good point to keep in mind is also the fact that generally speaking, more is not better. Follow the cleanser or sanitizer directions as far as required amounts go and they'll do the trick.
