Hi all,
Well, in NJ, it's about time to get back to brewing. I brew outside and don't have the insulation materials to do it in the winter. I'm gearing up for a brew this weekend, but this week I'm studying my setup and trying to find better solutions for some parts of the brewery.
I have questions about corny kegs, kettle bottoms, temp controllers, and a few other things. It's a lot, and I didn't want to spam the forum too much, so I just put it all in a blog entry here --> http://www.bamfbeer.com/2007/04/03/gearing-up-for-first-brew-of-the-season/
NOTE - that's not a gratuitous blog link or plug to get ad revenue. It's a completely non-commercial blog that I derive no fundage from in any way, ever :-)
Anyway, I'd appreciate comments, either here or on the blog. Here is probably better since other blog trollers can benefit from the answers.
By the way - be sure to join a bunch of other homebrewers in the #homebrew channel on irc.freenode.net
