Efficiency…
Can someone do me a quick favor? Assuming the following is gauged at 70% efficiency, what would the numbers be at 55% efficiency? I’m unable to use my Promash at the moment but need to phone in my order shortly.
6.5# British 2 Row
1# Dextrine Malt
1# 55L British Crystal
12 oz British Chocolate
4 oz British Black Malt
