I cleaned and sanitized 4 kegs this weekend, then racked a porter to one of them. I have been doing a PBW soak, then rinse with water and sanitized with couple of cups of star san solution. I pour the star san in, sanitize the posts, short tube and lid in a small bowl, put it together, shake it, let it sit for a few minutes, then push it into the next keg after sanitizing the parts of that one.
I'm afraid that I missed the rinse stage on the keg I racked. There was a very thin, white, oily looking film on the top of the beer. The film wasn't on the beer in the carboy.
Would any PBW residue left over after the sani ruin the beer or otherwise kill me? Or is this likely PBW residue?

Yeah, I saw that. I sent a message to 5 Star but haven't heard back. I was hoping that MSDS was for the actual product and not diluted. I used around an ounce for 5 gallons and then was hoping the rinse with star san would dilute it even more.
That sucks because this was my first all grain batch.

Don't risk it, dude. Your health is WAY more important than saving a few gallons of beer. It sucks, but it's true. Brew another one and chalk it up as your first sacrifice to the AG gods.
