I got back after three weeks in Tucson, AZ and am ready to bottle the porter that I left in the secondary. I was going to bottle tonight but by the time I got all the labels off the bottles and let things soak/sanitize, it was already 11pm. Will have to do it tomorrow. Two weeks and then I return. I hope it turns out ... no clue what it'll taste like or how strong it'll be. When I left it had only been in the fermenter for a week.
