...please forgive me if that first post was presumptuous.
I suppose properly introducing ourselves to this forum would've been the right thing to do. It's just such a gas to find a place that says, "Hey, spam here!" and you actually have something worth spamming about.
Something which, I might add, is a labor of love. We love brewing. We love doing the artwork. And our friends love both drinking it and wearing it.
So, enjoy. Thanks for visiting. Looking forward to hearing from Real Beer surfers.
Cheers,
bp

It's such a gas when someone actually follows the rules to the site! So, welcome!

OK. No photos of the brews. I guess that would be a smart thing to include. We never really considered it because food & beverage photography is such a highly specialized craft. We never figured we'd do it justice. But now that we know there's a demand (for every person who posts, there are ten who didn't and feel the same way), we shall work on photographing the actual ales.
Thank you for the suggestion.
So, danno, here's the loaded question: based purely on the label art, which brew would you be most likely drink? And which shirt would you be most likely to wear?

It's a pleasure to be here.
Scary photo. You look just like that guy on 24. I've never seen him drink a beer. Or eat or drink anything, for that matter. Maybe he needs a tall, frosty one to mellow him out a little.

Hi shortbrew!
So it seems to me that if you are advertising Short & Busty, you might want a shirt that would FIT someone who IS short & busty :)
CafePress is pretty good, but their clothing options for curvier women leave a little to be desired!
Good luck!

and since I'm in MN, and the forecast is a balmy -5ºF tonight, I'd obviously have to go with something in a spaghetti strap...

Good to know. As I am not the busty one, I am particularly unskilled for making the subjective calls regarding the suitability of the attire specified for the busty imbibers. (Objectively, I'm sure I can give a thumbs-up to just about anything. "Too tight? Cool!")
My partner in crime (who is not the short one) plans on testing the cap sleeve tees in her boot camp workout. We shall know in short order how she feels about those garments. And ultimately, we plan to take over all production anyway. CafePress is merely a low-friction place to start.
Now, as to danno, the loaded question for you, jinja: which brew to drink, and which to wear?

Silly me. I forgot to account for your BJCP status.
American-style Barleywine, for now. (Things change.)
And that spaghetti strap top sounds like a wise idea. For a chill like that, I'd recommend it in a Kiss My Kilt Scottish Ale.
Though, I thought spaghetti strap tops were outside the purview of the BJCP. This is for you or somebody close to you? (Not to get too personal...)

Nice site. The labels are quite creative.

Thank you, Clockwork Orange. You're obviously an individual of taste and refinement. (But then, who among us here isn't? This is, after all, Real Beer Dot Com!)

Interestingly enough, my husband has the same reaction to my too tight tee shirts...
I would probably try the Pale Ass Ale first, but wear the adult star amber shirt, seeing as how it would be too tight across the chest, and therefore, apropos.

All righty. You asked for it, you got it.
Short & Busty Beer Gear is now available in black.
There's also an array of other fun & fashionable colors to choose from.
Thanks for all the email. Special thanks to those of you who purchased. Guys, enjoy those spaghetti-strap tops.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm about to go brew a mysterious new amber ale. (Mysterious because it's a recipe concocted completely blind. We'll see how it goes...)
Cheers,

The outpouring of support has been really cool. Keep the comments coming, and thank you.
In the meantime, there are several new and hip designs online at Shortbustybrew.com. If you're a hipster who eschews something as simple as label art and you want a more contemporary and abstract design, it is now available--along with nifty colors you'd never expect.
Enjoy, beer monkeys!
