My brewing partner and I will be graduating in a few months and are looking to do a couple of exciting brews to celebrate. I noticed in Mosher's Radical Brewing a passing reference to an old Scottish beer called ebulum.
Seeing as how I'm graduating from a college whose mascot is the Fighting Scots, I thought it appropriate. I tracked down a current version of the product from Heather Ale Co. in the UK and have tried to get my local specialty beer store to import some so I can get a first-hand look at the product, but it sounds like if they ever get a case it'd be many months down the line.
Has anyone run across a clone recipe for this beer or any other ebulum recipes?
