I haven't really figured out why they closed because whenever I walked by or had a beer there it seemed well filled. Maybe punishment for their selling beer in 0.4 liter glasses. That has always rubbed me the wrong way :D
I have to check personally yet but according to the newspaper article there's a Weizenbrauhaus there now that's brewing according to Jacob (Bodenwöhr) recipies. I'll keep you updated.
