When is the voting done?

Yesterday, the voting booth was closed when I got off work. Today it is almost 9am (eastern) and the voting has yet to begin. Anyone know what times the voting begins and ends?

The voting booth should be open until midnight Eastern (give or take a few minutes) each night.

Voting begins about 8 a.m. Eastern. This morning it was 9 a.m. because of network problems. (Or the hamsters powering the voting system were hung over, whichever explanation you prefer.)
