yeast comparison

My brewpartner bought the wrong yeast, wlp051 california V instead of the usual wlp001.
flocutation is higher,
alcohol tolerance is lower,

but can somebody describe the taste difference if there is one.

California V has a little more fruity esters in the background.
ferment it at around 65 - 68 degrees and you can keep the ester profile down.
