Palmetto State Brewers are in Columbia but have members from all over the state:

There is a homebrew club, called the Upstate Brewtopians. Just type that into your search engine, and it will bring you to their site.

You can also get information about them at the Thomas Creek Brewery, located on Piedmont hiway.
