We are proceeding with plans to build out the Virginia Brewing Company production facility at Winchester, VA. Details can be found at our website: www.virginiabrewingcompany.com
We welcome any advice and inquiries. We have a great facility and community to work with and look forward to serving the craft beer community.

Welcome to the board here. Please keep us posted. Are you already brewing? What styles or types do you plan to brew? Both Lagers and Ales? What are VBC's brewing credentials? Were you connected to previous incarnations of VBC? I'm glad to see Winchester gain a quality brewery. I have not heard good things about the extract brewpub there.

Not brewing yet. We have secured the facility, now in the process of equipment design. No brewing credentials with the current staff....lots of drinking experience however ;-) We are in the beginnings of building out the team and open to inquiries in that regard.
No connection to any history of "VBC". The corporate name and web address were available and we like it.
Hope to do both Lagers and Ales. The local brewpub is a nice facility with a good group of people. We will be focusing on a much broader market.
We are anxious to pull our first beer festival to Winchester and have a great place to do it. Will post dates on our website as that idea matures.

Since you're in Winchester, I'd hope you'd have a decent hard cider!

Sounds familiar. I just got home from several days in Las Vegas. It always takes several days to detox too. LOL. Got to Sin City and Hofbrau Haus on this trip.

I think owner of the virgina brewing company was trying to open a brew pub in Middleburg. Is this the same guy??

Yeah, and aren't you the guy accusing him of skipping out on the middleburg deal in another thread? Sounds like a hidden agenda.
Personally, all I care about is a good place to get good beer. Good luck to the new VBC.

I have responded to the singlemalt comment on the other thread. Enough said there. Thanks for the support. I respect your judgement call. You just won a lifetime membership in the VIP club at the VBC. Contact me when you visit. Entrepreneurship is not an easy endeavor.

I responded to your response to the response. Er...does this make me responsible?

Virginia Brewer, What breweries or beer will be there for this festival? I may take a drive out there.
