I am putting a draft beer system back into service after it was sitting idle for better than a decade. The all-brass dual-gauge CO2 regulator was made by Bastian-Blessing, and is marked on the back with:

184L
CARBON
DIOXIDE

The words and the 84 are very clear, the 1 and the L are less clear and may just be artifacts from the stamping process. Bastian-Blessing no longer exists, and the successor company only makes LP gas equipment.

Does anyone have information on repair parts for this regulator?

Thanks for the effort, but been there, surfed that. The gaskets that they're talking about on these sites are the door gaskets on the refrigerators, not the regulator innards. Bastian-Blessing apparently made lots of soda fountain equipment back in the day.
