A friend of mine gave me a sixxer of a RaunchDoppleBock for Christmas... yummy stuff.

My question is how can I do a similiar beer?

Ive got a Bock sitting in the secondary right now...
Would it be possible to just add some Liquid Smoke to the keg?
If so, how much should I add?

Get smoked malted barley, they sell it at most Hombrew Supply Stores online.

Or consider lightly smoking it yourself. Liquid smoke can be very overpowering!! I've judged both versions at competitions and the fake liquid smoke versions are almost always rather evident as such. It can be done if you use very little though.

Point of order, it's not raunch (unless we're talking about something really different), it's rauch - the German word for smoke, or smoked. Pronounced rowk.

Hate to think someone is going around talking about this great, raunch beer. ;)
