Myself and a few others are planning on bottling Russian River Pliny the Elder from a 1/2 barrel keg. I'm looking for any advice on the processes involved in doing so. We will be using the Blichmann Beer Gun instead of a counter pressure filler and we will be filling 12 oz. , 22 oz. , and 750ml champagne style bottles (Heavyweight & DFH style). We will have two cappers set up for each cap size. Any help is appreciated.

Its sucks that I can't get Russian River product here. We even share the California border.
Keep your pressures in check.
