Pearl Foam or Mount Clemens Export

I'm looking for a historical recipe from a local brewery. It was originally called Mt. Clemens Export, then Pearl Foam. The bottles and labels pop up on Ebay once in a while. I'm hoping that someone can help me find the recipe.
