Anyone headed to the Quivey's Grove Beer Fest just west of Madison this weekend?

Steve, have you been to the Quivey festival before, and if so, how is it? I missed the Great Taste in Madison this year (my hands-down favorite beer fest), so I'm considering making the trip up this Saturday, assuming the wife gives me the green light.

Obviously, it looks like roughly 1/4 to 1/3 the size of the Great Taste, but I imagine that might make it more intimate, less hectic? Plus, as long as Capital, New Glarus, Sprecher - i.e. the usual suspects in Wisconsin are there, it should be worthwhile!

Hops, This is about my 4th or 5th trip to Quivey's. Yes, it is quite intimate and gives you more option for sampling more beers - then going back for your faves. The brew-masters of the locals do their best to show up too.

Although, be careful about showing up cold - they usually sell out every year! The customer service on the phone-line is pretty good, and in past years friends have reserved tix that were held at will-call.
