My kegs are ordered and on their way - should get them middle of next week. The kegerator won't be quite ready yet, so I will prime this one (and probably continue to do so with most kegs). How much should I use to get an equivalent of 5oz per batch when bottling?

From what I understand, you should use 2/3 the ammount of priming sugar for kegs as you would for bottles. Assuming this, you would probobly want to use 3 and 1/3 oz of priming sugar.

Just as an aside, I like over-carbonated beers. I like Dovel allot, so I tend to overcarb my bitters, stouts, hefes. I keep my brown ales under-carbonated.
