Moving to Washington State!!

Hey, I am moving to the Grandview, Washington (Yakima to Tri-Cities) Area later this year. I am looking for a beer clubs, groups, non-profits etc. Make the move easier by making friends in the new town.

I am a founding member of Americans for Coldmugs Everywhere. We are located at www.coldmugs.com.

So, if there's a group that tours that area, that can share a pint with new neighbor, I welcome all comments and suggestions about the area.

I will be visiting in October, and stopping by the Cast Beer Festival in Seattle.

Well, I can't help you with a brew/beer club. I will tell you that you should love Washington. I moved to Vancouver, Wa., almost 3 years ago. I don't think I could have picked a better area of the country!

Yakima - Bert Grant Brewing ... many good brews
Prosser - Snipes Mountain Brewing ... the Porter is MIGHTY fine!
Richland - Atomic Ale ... WooHoo! Plutonium Porter is one of my favorites. Brewery is in an old A&W where Sharon Tate used to work.
Kennewick - Rattlesnake Mountain Brewing ... good beers, good food and all situated right above the Columbia River.
Pasco - Ice Harbor Brewing
