For those that have the means, here is an awesome opportunity to visit Germany, Austria and The Czech Republic with the founders of Victory Brewing Co. The itinerary looks to be a trip of a lifetime for beer lovers. Anyone interested?

Holy Pils Batman.

Very interesting and original marketing angle by the Victory guys.

And tasting unfiltered Pilsner Urquell would be something to brag about in beer circles!

$2600-2800/person. Just curious what a trip like this would cost if you booked/planned it out yourself. Comments from our world travelers Chaz, SteveH, Others...

The real value here is being able to get through the doors of breweries and brewers to which you might otherwise never have access.

AFA totalling costs, I haven't traveled to Europe since the Euro was adopted, but my last trip to Germany (1999? 2000?) probably cost me around $2500 total (transportation, meals, lodging, beer, souvenirs)...and I didn't have to get to Philly first!

BTW - Stayed here on my last trip too, wonderful spot:
April 15 (Sunday) After hotel breakfast, the bus will depart for Bad Wörishofer Lowenbrau to enjoy Kur-Pils, Dunkel, Helles or Lowen Weisse over lunch.

My 6 day trip to Germany this summer was around $3400 after everything was tallied up. With the proper time to plan and look for best flights, I could have probably put it together for around $2600.

This trip looks VERY interesting. I have been to several of the breweries before but would gladly go back to any of them. In fact, I am preparing to book a trip to Germany this weekend for dates in March. I'm giving my wife and son the trip as an Xmas gift. My brother and his wife are joining us and we are discussing and booking this weekend. But... They all could be easily convinced to go to England in March and I might just like to do this trip.
