I really see a need for a specialty beer bar in NJ that servers beer properly from around the world. Anyone agree?

I definitely agree. Is there one anywhere? The Laughing Lion in Dover has a lot of beers from around the world, but most are in bottles. Decent selection though.

Yes, always a bunch of bottles that may have been sitting around for months. The help usually has no idea how to pour or explain the beers.

yeah, that is true. nothing like ordering a beer and getting a nice dusty bottle back.

So, what other options do we have?

Unfortunately I dont think we have one. I have been looking into some places in NJ and will post my reviews when I have completed the tour.

Honestly, my research is selfish as I am looking into opening a place myself...
