I'm thinking of trying this for my next batch. I found a couple of recipes online. Anyone have a Celebration Ale recipe to share? (Partial mash).

Thanks...

Actually, I'm going to convert an all-grain recipe I found. Actually three different recipes, and I'm going to experiment with ingredients from all three.

I'll let you know how it turns out.

Just a quick update.

This beer looks and smells awesome. I used pale DME, some grains, Wyeast 1056 and hopped with Chinook, Cascade and am dry-hopping with Cascade also. I combined a couple of different recipes and added a bit of choc. malt for a darker color. I think I nailed the Celebration Ale color, and those Chinook hops are powerful and tasty! I think the Cascade will mellow them out just right.
OG was 1.068 and FG was 1.024, which isn't quite as low as I was shooting for, so I think I should have used a yeast starter for such a high gravity brew.
Will be in secondary for at least 2 weeks.

This will be a great holiday brew.:)

Bottled last night. It's going to be awesome. FG came down a bit to 1.020, still a bit high but I'll take it.

Here's the 5 Gal. recipe: 6.5 lbs. Pale DME, 1 lb. Cara-Pils (L-40), 1/2 lb. Crystal (L-20), 1/4 lb. German Melanoidin, 1/4 lb. Scots Choc. (L-400).
Strike at 160* mash for 45 min. Sparge at 155*.
2 oz. Chinook boil 60 min.
1 tsp. Gypsum boil 60 min.
1 oz. Cascade boil 20 min.
1 tsp. Irish Moss boil 20 min.
1/2 oz. Cascade at end of boil.
Wyeast 1056
1/2 oz. Cascade dry-hopped in secondary.
Primed with 1 1/4 Cups DME : 2 cups H2O
