He's not listed, but based on how current many brewery sites are/are not, that might not be accurate. Call 'em and ask.

I think Clipper City is a production only place so I don't think too many folks would be able to hang out there.

They have what amounts to an "almost open door policy" on Saturdays. But no I have not been there.

I sent an email to Clipper but also found a link that lists him as the brewer at Baltimore-Washington Beer Works (Raven Lager). I'll see if I get a response from the email. He is an old friend from High School that I'd like to sync up with, after a long time. -A

Hope you didn't make the trek back to watch that. Tough luck I thought DC were the better side apart from the dismal / non-existant defending that led to their goal. Poor end to an otherwise exceptionally good weekend's football results.

Unfortunately I did. The hangover is just now abating. I figure we've seen the last of several players and maybe the coach (not positive on that last bit). Order #1 in the off season has to be getting a decent forward who isn't 90 years old or 5'2".

Free Brewery Tour and Tasting -

Our next scheduled brewery tour will be given this Saturday, November 18, at 1 pm & again at 2:30 pm. As usual, there will be complimentary samples after the tour. Brews News -

2006 Winter Storm was selected as the top American Craft “Winter” beer in a blind tasting which will be featured in the Baltimore Sun in December. 2006 Below Decks Barley Wine is now available. Remember, this 10% ABV beer can be cellared for quite a while, so while it drinks well now, patience will be rewarded!



We still have brochures of our Clipper City and Cabot Cheddar Cheese pairings (selecting the perfect cheese for each of our beer). This is info that could be quite useful during the holidaze if you are planning some entertaining. Just send us a request via email and we will be happy to mail you one.
