My last two batches have finished way too high, and I'm not sure why exactly at this point. I let the brew sit in the primary for 6-7 days, then transfer to the secondary for 7-9 days. My last batch started at 1.058 and finished (currently sitting) at 1.032!

Here are a few things that I can think of that I can improve on to fix this issue, but if there are others I'd love to hear them.

1. Need to aerate better
2. make a larger starter
3. check to make sure temp does not dip too low below 65 at night, this would make the yeast dormant for 50% of the week right?

any others I can work/check on
