I stayed at the Framingham Crowne Plaza a year or so ago and spent the evening in the John Havards. I wish I had known there was another brewpub close by. Would his IPA be closer to the British style than the ramped up American versions? Another nice article.

Definitely more of the English-style. It's not bad, but nothing spectacular. He even said his beers are more for people who have never tried good beer than someone who has had a lot. I prefer John Harvard's myself. They have a new brewer I just interviewed yesterday. Her IPA is very good, and she made a decent Oktoberfest.
