plastic bottle and cap sanitize?

Can anyone run down plastic bottle and cap sanitization for me. I usually betadine/iodine sanitizer for glass.
Are the caps reusable?

Whatever santizing process you use for glass will also work for plastic... unless that process involves heat! I learned this the hard way...

As for the caps, I was originally leery about re-use, but I have since been doing so for the last 6 months with no problems.

I usually submerge my glass bottles. I take it plastic bottles will have to be filled with sterilant, but won't submerge.
