try the beersmith software (http://www.beersmith.com) - it has a convert function and the software is fully free to use for 21 days. After that, it's only $20.

A lot of people use ProMash (http://www.promash.com), but I'm not sure if it has such a feature.

I can't remember where I got this, but I wrote it down once upon a time and it happened to be in the first place I looked.

1.2 extract weight = grain weight

.8 grain weight = extract weight

Papazian recommends 90% of the grain weight for LME or 70% for DME. This is for the base malt, not the adjuncts.
