I know I know.... 1 week in primary 2 weeks in secondary and so on....
But this triple is acting weird on me. The OG was 1.083 and it was a VERY active fermentation. After 1 week I wracked to my secondary and the Gravity read 1.01! After 1 week in the secondary my bubbler is hardly moving at all, maybe 1 bubble every 5 minutes or so.
Question, should I wait another week with the beer in the secondary before bottling, or just start bottling now. Thanks in advance!

If its done fermenting, its done fermenting. 1.010 is a relatively low FG given your starting.
I personally would wait the extra week to let more stuff settle out of the beer before bottling.

You better be careful that the 'powers that be' there in Salt Lake City do not find out that you have 9.6% tripel in the secondary, they might come in swinging an axe, and destroy your secondary...then they'l start in anything containing caffine! Get those in bottle ASPA!!!!
BTW, just because there is no airlock activity doews not mean that it is not fermenting, Ihave had beers drop huge geavity points in secondary without bubbling in the airlock!

Good thing that retard is not the mayor of Salt Lake City.
I think I'll just chill, relax and wait the full 2 weeks on this Triple. Thanks guys.
