Attention Toronto area all grain brewers. Just got back from a warehouse called Grain Process Enterprises Ltd, located at 115 Commander Blvd., in Scarborough.
They are a wholesaler that sells to bakeries etc... but have a store for the public. Although not a homebrew supply store, they do have bulk grains available very cheap!
I just bought a 55 lb (25 kg) bag of 2 row brewers malt, from the Canada Malting Company for $31.50! ... no tax! ... Canadian! That works out to 57 cents a pound, or $5.70 a batch for me since I use about 10 lbs per brew.

You can buy it whole or crushed. They also have Carastan, Chocolate, Crystal, Granary Malt Flakes, Malt Flour (Low and Regular Diast.), Malt Syrup (extract?), Munich Malt, Powdered Malt Extract, Wheat Malt, Vienna Malt & Whole Black Barley.
That's just the malted barley products section. They also have Oats (whole, flaked or hulled), corn (flaked), millet, rice & rye (cracked, flaked or meal) among many other products.
The only thing is that the malt, at least, is only sold in 25 kg sacks - which is fine for the 2 row, but a 25 kg sack of crystal would likely last me 10 years so I'll still get that at a HBS.
They also have the Corona style grain mills for $49, I paid $30 more than that for mine at a HBS.
