September 16th

Smithsonian Oktoberfest at the Brickskeller with author Horst Dornbusch and several rare German Oktoberfest beers (the Smithsonian Resident Associates Program handles the selling of tickets for this event) Check it out here, I have no idea if there are any tickets left

September 20th

The first time on our stage - Belgium's great St Bernardus brewery at RFD!

TICKETS are NOW ON SALE for this first time ever appearance on our stage. We welcome the folks of this incredible brewery to our stage to tell the story of the brewery as we sample a great range of their hugely flavorful and yummilicious beers. Tickets for this one night only event are just $28.00 and can be reserved by calling 202-289-2030. Doors open at 6 we never start at 7. RFD is located at 810 7th St NW, about 50 yards from the Gallery Place / Chinatown multiple line Metro station and a block from the Verizon Center



October 18th

Ciders! The cidermaster of Vermont's wonderful Woodchuck Cidery visits our stage for the first time!



November - dates to be announced_ the SEVENTH annual Wet Hop Tasting with guest speaker Tom Nickle of San Diego's kickin O'Brien's Tap House and an incredible lineup of the tastiest hoppy brews on the planet including a way cool surprise! (to me anyway)



December - dates to be announced - our annual two night two many guests Winter Holidaze Extravaganzee! DOZENS of local brewmasters share their incredible winter holiday beers! at RFD



January 24 & 25 Kicking off our FIFTIETH YEAR OF BUSINESS

Its a LOVEFEST!

The brewmaster/owners of California's Russian River brewery and Maine's Allagash Brewery share the stage and their thoughts on brewing. This is going to be an incredible night of unbelievably tasty brews!



Coming in March in conjunction with our friends at the Smithsonian Institution

The BEATLES at the Brickskeller! More to follow. Yeah, yeah, YEAH!



Russian Rivers incredible hoppyboppin brew, Pliny the Elder, is in house! We're also pouring a cask of Clipper City Loose Cannon Hop3 Real Ale this weekend at the Brick along with a beer we really like but rarely see on tap anywhere that ain't us, Germanys great black lager, Kostritzer along with the usual gang of suspects like Allagash Witbier, GABF Gold medal winner and others you know and love dearly I'm sure. Thankyouverymuch.

The Brickskeller is located at 1523 22nd St NW (202-293-1885) two blocks west of Dupont Circle just off Embassy Row on the edge of Rock Creek Park and Georgetown. Metro - Exit the Dupont Circle Red Line metro stop at Q St., veer left off the escalator and walk two blocks down Q St. Cross Mass Ave and veer left onto 22nd St, we're a half block down the road on the left between P and Q St

the Brick has about 1100+ beers in bottle, our upstairs room is open Monday hru Saturday nights offering our full menu plus 14 taps and real ale on cask. The Brickskeller opens for lunch Mon thru Friday at 11:30, at 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays


RFD Washington at 810 7th St NW (202-289-2030), is one block north of the Verizon Center, 1½ blocks south of the Convention Center and about 50 yards from the multi-line Gallery Place Chinatown Metro


RFD is the first restaurant is the city to feature cuisine a la biere, has about 300 of the Bricks best beers in bottles plus 30 more on tap in the front room plus 10 more taps in the back room which is available for special occasions. Our taps are always DC's finest selection of brewing styles along with favorite craft brews unavailable in bottle. RFD shows sports and other broadcasts of local interest on our huge plasma’s and big screen TV’s every day of the week starting at 11AM and has one of the prettiest and most secluded and serene courtyards in the city.
