Hi Everyone,
Would you please tell me what kind of result I would get if I added to different strains of yeast to my beer?

sounds like an experiment waiting to happen. pick up five 1 gallon glass jugs, brew up a batch of something mild, and pitch different yeasts...
and not to point out the obvious, but adding yeast to beer won't really do anything at all except get it cloudy, since beer is already fermented. you add yeast to wort, and beer is the end result...

In all honesty adding 2 normal yeasts would be a waste since most yeast differences are pretty subtle. Splitting a batch and using 2 yeasts would be a better use , or adding Brett with a normal yeast might be an interesting idea.
