quick question, so I don't have any bottles....
after I have my batch in my primary and it's done with the fermentation, and I toss it in the secondary...not litterally.... but it's in the secondary for another month.... what's to stop me from drinking it right after its done in the secondary or I chill it after that....
I want to have some mates over for some brew after I'm done with the conditioning...
Is this safe? or will it just be flat beer?

Don't invite your mates over for a pint of your flat first homebrew... unless you don't like them.
If you are in such a hurry, I don't know why you would have left it in secondary for a month.
Do you really have no bottles?

But by all means if you loke flat beer go for it. Or get some bottles or a corny keg/CO2 setup. Even if this batch is best flat, and probably warm, eventually you'll want to bottle or keg your beer.
How are you going to drink it from the secondary? Hold it over your heads and just pour it. I know I'm sounding like an ass but if you've gone to all the trouble to brew and secondary your homebrew, finish the process and bottle properly. And then enjoy it with your mates.
Go dumpster diving at the local recycling center for bottles if that's the problem.

You definitely don't want to drink directly from the secondary, not that it's going to hurt you, or anything, it's just NOT going to be ready for consumption. The first problem is that it's completely flat, the second is that it needs to condition, in a sealed bottle for a minimum of 1-1/2 weeks, then chill, then ENJOY!!
To do otherwise, you'll be drinking a beer without full flavor and with harsh characteristics. Even if you happened to nail your very first batch and it's "good", it will be SSSSOOOO much better with a little aging and certainly more pallatable with carbonation.
Do yourself and your buds a favor, hold off inviting them over until the beer has been properly racked and aged.
