this is a good beer,quickly becoming one of my favorites. i truly like dry hopping! the beer is almost identical to the single step infusion. this was a 2 step infusion. seems to be a little maltier than the other, otherwise identical. in the future i will decoction mash this beer. that was my favorite. i am going to try a fourth with fwh,it will be decocted. i have a thread started in the general forum asking about fwh if anyone cares to answer.thnx and cheers!
