Pours a cloudy straw color with a firm, rocky head. Slight hop aroma along with clove from the yeast. Hop notes up front on the palate combining with a satiny mouthfeel. Lingering hop bitterness in the finish. A wonderful beer. The label notes that Amarillo, Tomahawk, and Saaz hops are used. I am not expert enough to disentangle their various flavors but they seem very well-used in this brew. A best of both worlds American-influenced Belgian venture.

I really like this beer. Especially when I was drinking it for free at work. We had it in the keg at work, and my boss says he will be bringing in back again in small (presumably 330mL) bottles. But outside of work, the 750mL bottles are selling for $7.99, which doesnt fit my price point of an everyday beer. But, I have no problems splitting a bottle with one of my friends.

On a side note, the head retention on this beer is absolutely ridiculous. You can practically whittle it.
